Pippa graduated from The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, Glamorgan University in 2009. She worked in Northampton for several years before settling in London. During that time she worked with a variety of patients, from pregnant ladies to the elderly. She also developed close links with both Northampton County Cricket and Northampton Football Club, where she worked with the players and has a special interest in working with professional and amateur sports players. She has also completed a Post-graduate Masters Degree in Sport, health and exercise Medicine at University College London to give her greater knowledge when treating your health and sports injuries.

Pippa is currently the principle chiropractor with Northampton Saints RFU, a leading premiership rugby club. She is therefore used to dealing with professional sports players as well as developing young sports players. She has a great understanding of the importance of rehabilitation, nutrition and psychology within sport and uses this knowledge to help her less active patients improve their health and lifestyle as well.

Pippa decided on a career in chiropractic after personally feeling its benefits from a young age. Being a keen athlete she experienced many sports injuries growing up and found chiropractic often held the solution. Pippa believes in the use of chiropractic along with a healthy lifestyle and mind to enable you your optimum performance.

In London Pippa sees more patients with disc problems and neck and back pain associated with long, sedentary working hours and poor ergonomic desk designs.
The techniques Pippa uses predominantly in her treatments include: Manipulation (Diversified), massage, dry needling, Kinesio-taping, supportive taping using zinc-oxide, stretches and exercises, as well as postural, ergonomic, nutritional and lifestyle advice.

Pippa’s main interests are in anything sports related both team and individual. She has played Tennis, Hockey and Netball all to a high standard and enjoys more extreme activities such as surfing, paddle-boarding and snowboarding. She is a regular runner and has completed both the Cardiff and Bath half marathons and more recently the London Men’s Health survival of the fittest race. A triathlon is her next challenge!
